 Johnny has been baking sourdough bread for more than 15 years. 


Starting work before the sun rises to ensure that every bread is as fresh as possible before it gets to you.

We use only Organic wheat and grains

and source from Local and Regional Farms where we know the farmer and pick up our grains directly. 


We Mill our Grains Each Week 


We use Old-fashioned Techniques to ensure Handmade Products of the Highest Quality always striving to perfect our product!

Fridays at Mineola Farmers Market 171 Jericho       Turnpike, Mineola next to the Fire House 

from  7am to 1pm

Saturdays:  

Port Washington Farmers Market - Town Dock from 8am to 12 noon

Deep Roots Farmers Market - Garvies Point in Glen Cove from 9am to 1pm

Long Beach Farmers Market - Kennedy Plaza from 9am to 2pm

Sunday July 16th  Long Island Farmers Mamarket in Huntington Village from 8am to noon

Online Orders

Pickup

  • There is a $10 minimum on all online orders for pickup. 

Orders must be placed by Thursday for pickup Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at any of the markets we are selling at that day. Please see Where to Find Us for market locations and times. 

Local delivery is now available to select areas!

  • Please note, there is a $30 minimum on all delivery orders.
  • Orders will be delivered on Saturday between 2pm and 6pm.
